This recipe is not only my husband’s favorite dessert, but recently it has also become my daughter’s top favorite as well! It has been a tradition for many years to prepare it every year for our Father’s Day Celebration...
400g Land O' Lakes Unsalted Butter
3 Egg Yolks
2 Cans Condensed Milk
2 Packs (not boxes) Cinnamon Honey GrahamCrackers
1 Cup 2% Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Lindt Classic Recipe White Chocolate Bar

In a mixing bowl place butter at room temperature to blend with egg yolks.
Once mixed well, add the condensed milk slowly. Let it mix until homogenized and has a whipped texture.
Place the milk and vanilla extract combined into a bowl or container to dip the graham crackers in.
In a rectangular pyrex dish start making a layer with the cream. Next, start to place the graham crackers quickly dipped into the milk and vanilla extract mixture.
Repeat layer process, finishing with the cream.
Using a cutting board and a knife, cut the chocolate into thin strips and break them apart into small pieces, gently placing them on the top of the cream.
Make sure to not hold the chocolate bars with bare hands. Try to keep them inside the container while holding it to avoid it from melting.
Cover dish and place in the fridge for, at least, four hours.
If desired, enjoy it with a glass of milk.
